The Discord in-game overlay enables you to use Discord voice and text channels without having to leave the game (while running the Discord app). This article should get you up and running, but you may also like to check out Discord's Games Overlay 101 guide for further details.
How to enable the Discord overlay
To use the Discord overlay you must be running the Discord app (the 'Overlay' option shown below isn't available when using Discord through a web browser).
1. Open your User settings in Discord
2. Click the 'Overlay' tab and enable in-game overlay
3. Click the 'Game Activity' tab and enable the overlay for Outscape
Using the overlay in-game
You can open the overlay by pressing SHIFT + ` (backtick) simultaneously after it's been enabled.
Options including notifications and voice settings can be configured via the overlay's settings.
The pinning feature enables parts of the overlay to remain visible while playing the game.
